Kate Kaltenbach Watson

Kate Kaltenbach Watson is a seasoned professional in the music industry with extensive experience in membership engagement and industry relations at the Country Music Association (CMA) since 2018. Currently serving as Sr. Manager, Industry Relations, Kate develops educational programs focused on diversity, equity, and mental health, enhancing support and workforce development for CMA members. Kate previously held roles within CMA, including Manager of Membership Engagement and CMA EDU Coordinator, where responsibilities spanned communication strategy, event planning, and professional development initiatives for college students. Additionally, Kate contributes to Klein's Entertainment, LLC as an Associate Talent Buyer and Entertainment Consultant, and holds experience in marketing communication from SpotOn™. An alumna of The Ohio State University with a degree in Marketing, Kate's leadership in music industry outreach is further exemplified by their tenure as President of CMA EDU at Ohio State.
