Tiffany Kerns

Tiffany Kerns serves as the Senior Vice President of Industry Relations & Philanthropy at the Country Music Association (CMA), a position held since February 2020, and also operates as the Executive Director of the CMA Foundation, focusing on music education access for students and resources for over 6,000 CMA members. Kerns joined CMA in December 2013 and has held various roles including Director of Community Outreach. Prior experience includes serving as Development Director/Special Events at the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, where Kerns managed event budgets, improved revenue growth, and strengthened vendor relations. Kerns holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
