Kevin Abbott

Kevin Abbott is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as the Dining Room Manager at Castellucci Hospitality Group since April 2023, and as the Banquet Manager at the Country Music Hall Of Fame and Museum since November 2021. With a diverse background in kitchen management, Kevin held the position of Executive Chef at The Indigo Road Hospitality Group, overseeing operations at Oak Steakhouse in Nashville, TN, and previously at The ONE Group. Prior roles include Executive Sous Chef at Kayne Prime, Sous Chef at TomKats Hospitality's Fin&Pearl, and Chef positions at Giovanni Ristorante West and Woodstock Cucina. Kevin's culinary education includes an Associate of Occupational Studies in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Albany.
