Rafael Colmenares

Rafael Colmenares has a strong background in operations management and supervision. Rafael began their career as a Production Supervisor at The Kraft Heinz Company in 2003 before moving on to positions at Alimentos Concentrados C.A., Avicola Santa Cruz C.A., and Venalca del Centro C.A. In these roles, they gained experience in coordinating and planning activities related to raw materials processing, as well as overseeing the construction of a new pet food plant. In 2017, Rafael joined Archer Daniels Midland Company as an Operations Management Trainee, where they practiced safety culture and provided supervision for outside operations, including barge crews. Rafael later took on the role of Control Room Supervisor. From 2019 to 2022, they served as an Assistant Plant Manager at Westway Feed Products LLC, where they supervised all plant operations. Rafael's most recent role is as an Operations Manager at Country Pure Foods, starting in 2022.

Rafael Colmenares completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at Universidad Tecnológica del Centro (UNITEC) from 1997 to 2002. Following this, they continued their education at IESA from 2005 to 2008, earning their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management. In 2007, they also briefly attended the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, where specific degree information was not provided.
