Tony Muscato

Tony Muscato has a long and diverse work experience. Tony is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Country Pure Foods, starting in November 2022. Prior to that, they were an Advisory Board Member at Fifth Season from 2019, and their role ended in April 2023. Tony was also a Board Member at Kettle Cuisine from January 2016 to April 2023.

Before their roles in the food industry, Muscato held various positions at different companies. Tony was a Board Member at Ferraro Foods from May 2018 to April 2021. Tony served as the President & CEO of Diamond Crystal Brands from May 2016 to August 2020.

Muscato also worked as a Private Equity Operating Partner/Advisor at Ignite Growth Partners from September 2013 to April 2016. In this role, they partnered with private equity firms, provided due diligence support, generated and evaluated deal flow, and served as a Board Advisor/Director.

From December 2010 to August 2013, Muscato was the President & CEO of Harry's Fresh Foods, Inc. During their tenure, they led the successful acquisition, turnaround, and sale of the company. Tony also served as the Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Sabert Corporation for the year 2010.

Muscato started their career at H J Heinz Company in 1987, where they held various roles. Tony was the Group Vice President of Sales & Marketing, responsible for achieving sales targets of Heinz Ketchup, Condiments & Sauces, Chef Francisco Frozen Soups & Entrees, and Heinz Tomato Products. Tony was also the Managing Director of European Foodservice from 1999 to 2003.

Tony Muscato obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Canisius College, where they attended from 1979 to 1983. Tony later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business, studying there from 1985 to 1987.
