Tarrah Ruiz de Luzuriaga

Tarrah Ruiz De Luzuriaga, PT, is a dedicated physical therapist currently employed at Verdugo Valley Skilled Nursing & Wellness Centre, LLC since October 2023 and at Country Villa Rehabilitation since November 2022.
