David Novak

David Novak has a solid background in human resources and administration services. David is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Country Visions Cooperative. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Talent Management Consultant at Wipfli, where they played a key role in talent acquisition and development. Before that, they served as the Director of Human Resources and Administration Services at Arizona Auditor General, overseeing the HR and administrative functions of the organization. Earlier in their career, they held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Xperience Fitness and Director of Human Resources at Pfefferle Management. Overall, David Novak's work experience demonstrates their expertise in human resources management and their ability to effectively lead and oversee HR operations.

David Novak holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR Management from Lakeland University. David also has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Exercise Science from Lakeland College. In terms of additional certifications, they have obtained the Managing Change and Resolving Conflict certification from HRCI in March 2023. In March 2020, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification, also from HRCI.
