Brian Thompson

Brian Thompson is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in project development and refinery operations. Currently serving as a Senior Project Development Engineer at CountryMark since January 2016, Brian focuses on capital project scope development and provides technical support for refinery operations. Prior roles include Strategic Planning Analyst at CountryMark, where responsibilities encompassed long-range plan forecasts and margin analysis. Brian's earlier career includes positions as a Process Engineer at Millennium Inorganic Chemicals, Chevron Phillips Chemical Company, and Vista Chemical Company, along with a role as a Chemical Engineer at KENVIRONS, INC. Brian holds an MBA from McNeese State University and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Kentucky, complemented by an A.S. in Engineering from Henderson Community College.
