Tracy Scott

Tracy Scott, SPHR, is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in benefits and HR information systems. Currently serving as the HR Manager for Benefits & HRIS at CountryMark since July 2019, Tracy previously held the position of Payroll & Benefits Manager at FinishMaster, Inc. from May 2015 to July 2019 and worked as the Compensation & Benefits Manager at Ryobi Die Casting (USA), Inc. from April 2001 to April 2015. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in HR Management from Marian University, which was completed between 2011 and 2015.
