Capella Beth

Capella Beth has an extensive career in payroll and animal management, currently serving as Payroll Manager at Ralph J. Stolle Countryside YMCA since February 1998, where responsibilities include processing bi-weekly payroll for over 450 employees using Paycor software. Prior to this role, Capella worked as Assistant Curator at Kings Island Wild Animal Habitat from 1978 to 1994, managing exotic and endangered animal collections, overseeing staff, and balancing budgets. Capella holds a Certificate in Zoological Management Practices from the AZA Professional Management School (1981-1982) and has a degree from North Carolina State University (1973-1977).
