Tammy Shrader

Tammy Shrader is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in underwriting and customer service. Currently employed as a Farm Underwriter at Countryway Insurance since April 2021, Tammy specializes in underwriting farm insurance, including liability, property, business auto, and umbrella coverage in New York and New Jersey. Previously, at Markel Specialty from November 2001 to November 2020, Tammy held various roles including Underwriter for Accident & Health, where responsibilities included underwriting student accidents for schools and other educational institutions, as well as serving as an Underwriting Technician and Underwriting Assistant. Tammy's career began at State Farm Insurance Agency as a Customer Service Representative from November 1997 to November 2001. Tammy graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School, earning a degree in General Studies between 1978 and 1981.
