Mark Cowart

Mark Cowart serves as the Director of Sales at Counts Real Estate Group, Inc., a position held since June 2015. Under the scenic backdrop of Scenic 30A, Mark oversees sales for the South Walton and Scenic 30A Resort markets, focusing on both second homes and primary residences. Prior to joining Counts Real Estate Group, Mark was a Real Estate Agent at Edgewater Beach Realty from August 2005 to June 2015, where Mark built a robust career in sales, marketing, and sales management. Mark's professional journey began in 1988 as the General Manager for JMA, Inc. Mark holds a degree from Troy University.
