Olena Bogusheva

Olena Bogusheva has a strong background in investment and project management, as well as accounting and reporting. Olena began their career in 2004 as a Specialist in the Investment department at Mariupol PrJSC Azovstal, where they verified and analyzed investment projects and prepared investment plans and analytical reports. In 2017, they joined the Mariupol City Council as the Head of the Accounting and Reporting Department in the Youth and Sports Department, where they managed the department and handled budget plans, analytical reports, and various types of reporting. Olena also worked as a Chief Specialist in the Investment and project management department, where they were responsible for preparing investment projects, participating in negotiations for loans, and developing implementation plans. Currently, they are a Junior Frontend Developer at countX, a role they started in 2023.

From 1999 to 2004, Olena attended Pryazovskyi State Technical University, where they obtained a Master of Metallurgy degree with a specialization in Heating Technology.

From 2005 to 2008, Olena continued their studies at Pryazovskyi State Technical University, earning a Bachelor of Economics and Entrepreneurship degree with a focus on Economics of the Enterprises.
