Martin Cook

Martin Cook has extensive experience in the field of health, safety, and environmental management. Martin has held various roles in different companies, including County Broadband where they served as the Head of QSHE&T. Prior to that, they were the HSEQ Director at John Henry Group. Martin Cook also worked as a Health & Safety Manager at COFELY GDF-SUEZ and as the Head of Quality Health & Safety at GTL Europe Ltd. Martin started their career at BT, where they held the position of Group Health & Safety Manager and managed a team of engineers. Martin Cook has a strong background in ensuring compliance with legislation, conducting audits, investigating accidents, and implementing safety initiatives.

Martin Cook has a diverse education history. In 1982, they attended Charles Keen College in Leicester and obtained a degree in ONC, specializing in Electronics & Telecoms Principles. From 2003 to 2005, they pursued a Diploma in Health & Safety at EEF. In 2010, they attended LRQA and completed a Lead Auditor OHSAS 18001 program, focusing on Lead Auditor OHSAS 18001.
