Ariella Panek

Ariella Panek, Ed.D., currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Student Affairs and Dean of Students at County College of Morris, where responsibilities include managing program planning, budget oversight, and staff development. With a background in counseling as the Coordinator of the Counseling and Wellness Center, Ariella has a strong commitment to holistic student support and staff supervision. Previously, as a co-owner and therapist at Community Mental Health Associates LLC, Ariella provided various counseling services while managing operations and marketing. At Saint Clare's Health System, Ariella played a pivotal role in securing funding for a Supported Education grant and developed essential protocols for client services. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Rowan University, a Master’s in Counseling from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
