Najib Iftikhar is an experienced educator and hotel industry professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor in Business/Hospitality Management at County College of Morris since October 2013, Najib teaches courses, develops curricula, and advises students while staying updated on industry changes. Prior experience includes roles such as Director of Sales at Hyatt Place and Concord Hospitality Enterprises, Area Director of Sales at La Quinta LLC, and Director of Sales & Marketing at InterContinental Hotels Group, among others. Najib's extensive background in sales, marketing, and operations within various hospitality organizations demonstrates a strong commitment to excellence in both teaching and the hotel industry. Najib holds multiple MBA degrees in Marketing and Global Marketing from Colorado Technical University.
