Roger Stephens

Roger Stephens has an extensive background in athletics and coaching, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Athletics at County College of Morris since September 2014. Previously, Roger held the position of Head Coach/Trainer at Morris Elite SC from August 2017 to September 2019, and served as Head Men's Soccer Coach at Felician University from 2012 until September 2014. Additionally, coaching roles included Head Coach for the U15/U16 Parsippany SC in 2013 and Head Coach for NJ Rangers FC from 2005 to 2013. Roger's coaching career began at County College of Morris where Roger was Head Men's Soccer Coach from 1985 to 2011. Roger earned a B.S. degree and an M.Ed. in Health and Physical Education with a focus on Athletic Administration from The College of New Jersey between 1971 and 1975.
