Ahmed al-Amin

Ahmed Al-Amin has extensive experience in public administration, project management, and community engagement. Currently serving as a Ward Administrator for the County Government of Mombasa since July 2016, Ahmed coordinates and supervises various county projects within the ward, ensuring citizen participation and effective service delivery. As the Managing Director of Al-amin Investment since November 2013, Ahmed oversees operations in stationary and general supplies. Previous roles include Program Officer at HAKI Africa, Chairman of the CACC in Mvita, and Public Relations Officer at Al-shamsy Enterprises, where responsibilities spanned client relations and property management. Ahmed has additional volunteer experience with Reachout Centre Trust, focusing on harm reduction for drug users, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Moi University.
