Ally Shariff

Ally Shariff, MIEK, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in transport infrastructure, public works, and urban planning within the County Government of Mombasa, where roles have included County Chief Officer and Director of Operations and Services since January 2019. Previous positions encompass adjunct lecturer at Kenya Methodist University and Assistant Director of Board Operations at the Mombasa County Public Service Board. Early career roles include network support and research positions in various technology companies, supplemented by internships in engineering and IT. Ally Shariff holds a Master’s Degree in Mobile Telecommunications from Strathmore University and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Moi University, alongside additional qualifications in e-governance application development.
