Fauziya Mohamed

Fauziya Mohamed has several years of work experience in various roles. Fauziya currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at the County Government of Mombasa, a position they have held since May 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Center Manager at Tribus TSG and Centum Investment Company Plc from January 2020 to January 2021. Fauziya also served as a Research Assistant at the NGOs Coordination Board from January 2017 to October 2019. Additionally, Fauziya gained experience as an Actuarial Analyst Intern at Jubilee Life Insurance Company Ltd. for two months in 2016.

Fauziya Mohamed began their education by obtaining a High School Diploma from Our Lady of Mercy Secondary School between the years of 2010 and 2012. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Actuarial Science at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology from 2013 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, Fauziya also obtained the IBM SPSS certification from Strathmore University in February 2019 and the International Computer Drivers License (ICDL) from the Institute of Advanced Technology in July 2013.
