Frank Alessio III, CPPB has an extensive work experience in the field of purchasing and procurement. Frank started their career in 1986 at Allegheny County as the Deputy Chief Purchasing Officer, a role they held for over 30 years until 2019. In March 2019, Frank Alessio III was promoted to the position of Chief Purchasing Officer at the County of Allegheny, where they currently work.
