Maxim Dolinskiy

Maxim Dolinskiy is a Technical Specialist at the County of Bucks since June 2023, previously serving as a System Engineer within the Urban Technology Project at the School District of Philadelphia. Maxim has a solid background in software development and DevOps, with experience including the orchestration of automated deployments using Ansible, which greatly reduced installation times. As a software developer apprentice, Maxim gained experience at Boomi, contributing to the development of CI/CD pipelines and an automation framework. Additionally, experience includes roles as a business owner, frontend developer, and electrician. Maxim holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Western Governors University and a diploma in Computer Software Engineering from the American Advanced Institute of Technology.
