Diksha Marwaha

Diksha Marwaha is an experienced planning professional currently serving as a Planning Coordinator for the County of Dufferin since May 2022. Previously, Diksha worked as a Planning Technician at the Township of Muskoka Lakes from April 2021 to April 2022 and held the position of Shift Manager at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen from October 2019 to April 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a Planner focused on Urban and Regional Development at LEA Associates South Asia Private Limited, where responsibilities included preparing official plans and formulating policy documents. Early career experiences include internships at the Bangalore Development Authority, contributing to the Master Plan of Bangalore 2035, and at Living Space Architects Ltd., participating in various residential and commercial projects. Diksha holds a GIS and Urban Planning degree from Fanshawe College, a Master of Technology in Urban Planning, and a Bachelor of Architecture, both from Guru Nanak Dev University in Amritsar.
