Rohan Thompson

Rohan Thompson is an experienced professional in the fields of people and equity, with a strong background in workplace equity and community engagement. Since December 2021, Rohan has served as the Director of People and Equity for the County of Dufferin. Prior to this role, Rohan was the Workplace Equity Manager at the Peel District School Board from March 2019 to November 2021. Additionally, Rohan held the position of Manager for Community Engagement and Communications at the Waterloo Region Crime Prevention Council from August 2017 to March 2019. Rohan holds a Master's degree in Social Work from Wilfrid Laurier University, completing the program between 1998 and 2004.
