Anirudha Pandey, MPA, PMP, has a diverse work experience spanning over several organizations and roles. Anirudha started their career at Tata Steel as a Sr. Officer in 1994 and then moved on to TechNet as a Principal Consultant in 1998. In 2001, they joined American Honda Motor Company, Inc. as a Senior Consultant, where they worked on the design, development, and maintenance of the EPS system in the eBusiness Department. Anirudha then transitioned to Citizens Choice Health Plan as a Senior Technical Analyst in 2010 before moving to the City of Lubbock as an Applications Project Manager. Currently, Anirudha is serving as Deputy Director, IT at the County of El Dorado, where they are responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the activities of the Information Technology divisions, including computerized information systems and telecommunications. Anirudha also provides consultation and advice to other County Departments on matters relating to Information Technology. Anirudha's extensive experience and expertise make him a valuable asset in their field.

Anirudha Pandey, MPA, PMP has a strong educational background with two Master's degrees in different fields of study. Anirudha obtained their first Master's degree in Physics from Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University, which they completed from 1984 to 1986. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Public Administration from Texas Tech University, completing it between 2012 and 2014.

In addition to their academic achievements, Anirudha Pandey has also acquired several certifications. Anirudha obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in June 2009. Furthermore, they achieved the MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) certification from Microsoft in December 1999. To supplement their skills, they completed the Executive Data Science Specialization from Coursera Course Certificates in December 2016.
