Constance Mote has extensive experience in administrative analysis and sales, currently serving as an Administrative Analyst II for the County of El Dorado since March 2013, where responsibilities include contract management for the Health and Human Services Agency. Previous roles within the same agency include Department Analyst and Fiscal Technician, focusing on contracts, board reports, and fiscal support. Prior to public service, Constance held sales positions at USA Student Travel and Tracelogix Corporation, specializing in educational travel and medical equipment, respectively. Constance also possesses a strong background in account management within the diabetes care sector, having worked for both Roche Diagnostics and Boehringer Mannheim. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Health Science and Business Administration from California State University, Chico, and coursework towards a degree in Public Health at the University of Minnesota.
