Jennifer Carlton

Jennifer Carlton is a seasoned professional in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) with extensive experience in developing spatially enabled web applications, data management, and cartographic production. Currently serving as a Sr. GIS Analyst for the County of El Dorado since May 2021, Jennifer has made significant contributions to the community through complex data analysis and web application development. Previous roles include a Geographic Information Systems Analyst at the same county and a Geographic Information System Specialist at Cosumnes Community Services District, where Jennifer supported various departments with GIS services and developed geospatial databases. Jennifer's education includes degrees in Geography and Geographic Information Systems from California State University-Sacramento, along with relevant certificates and associate degrees from American River College and Folsom Lake College.
