Katherine Thompson

Katherine Thompson has over a decade of experience in administrative and legislative services, currently serving as the Manager of Administrative Services/Deputy Clerk at the County of Elgin since October 2009. In this role, Katherine is responsible for planning and organizing a range of services to support Council functions, including the preparation of agendas and reports. Katherine's background also includes previous positions as the Marketing & Communications Coordinator, where responsibilities included content creation and social media marketing, and as the Community Development Officer for the Township of Southwold. Katherine holds a Master of Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University, a Post Graduate Certificate in Corporate Communications & Public Relations from Fanshawe College, and an HBA in Political Science and French from Western University.
