Jeffrey Cudicio

Jeffrey Cudicio has extensive experience in the field of Information Technology. Jeffrey started their career at Presque Isle Downs & Casino, where they worked as an IT/MIS Help Desk Specialist I from April 2012 to March 2013. Jeffrey then moved up to the role of IT/MIS Financial Systems Administrator from March 2013 to June 2014, and finally served as a Senior Systems Administrator from June 2014 to August 2014.

In 2014, Jeffrey joined the County of Erie, PA, where they initially worked as an IT Specialist for a brief period from August 2014 to December 2014. Jeffrey then transitioned to the role of Systems Administrator from December 2014 to February 2021, where they contributed to the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the county's systems.

From February 2021 to January 2022, they took on the role of Network Administrator, where they developed advanced sub netting and routing for 21 physical offices, configured VPN tunnel interfaces between 18 firewalls, and implemented a new active directory organization and NTFS permission structure for improved file and server access during employee turnover.

Currently, Jeffrey holds the position of Director of Information Technology for the County of Erie, PA, starting from January 2022.

Jeffrey Cudicio completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a specialization in Information Technology Management from Western Governors University from the year 2023 to 2024. Prior to that, they obtained their IT degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from Fortis Institute-Erie, where they studied from 2010 to 2013.
