Kathryn Whyte

Kathryn Whyte, CHRP, MBA, currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at the County of Grey since May 2022. Previously, Kathryn held the position of Recruitment Coordinator at Grey Bruce Health Services and worked as an Employer Liaison at Agilec. During Kathryn's tenure at Agilec, responsibilities included training Job Developers, conducting over 100 Needs Analyses with employers, and successfully placing over 50 candidates in long-term employment. Kathryn also has experience as a Recruiter with Ryder System, Inc., managing recruitment initiatives and filling numerous requisitions, and served as a Supervisor at Nando's Canada, focusing on health and safety protocols and employee training. Early career experience includes a Swing Manager role at McDonald's, overseeing team operations. Kathryn holds an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Georgian College, and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Brock University.
