Emily Neff

Emily Neff has extensive experience in planning and communications, currently serving as the Assistant Director and Long Range Planner for Island County, WA since July 2023. Prior roles include Senior Communications Specialist at Seattle Children's from October 2018 to June 2023, Broker at Lake & Company Real Estate from September 2014 to September 2018, and Communications Director at The Mountains to Sound Greenway Trust from October 2013 to October 2014. Emily also worked as an Associate at EnviroIssues between February 2007 and October 2013, and as a Community Relations Planner for King County from January 2004 to October 2005. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Community and Environmental Planning from the University of Washington (2003-2005) and an Associate of Arts from Seattle Central College (1999-2003).
