Michael Miranda

Michael Miranda currently serves as the Re-entry Program Administrator for the County of Kauaʻi, a position held since August 2022, focusing on improving outcomes for justice system-involved individuals through the E Hoʻi I Ka Piko program. Prior experience includes roles as a Prevention Program Specialist with the Hawaii State Judiciary from May 2014 to July 2022, and a Social Worker with the Democratic Party of Hawai‘i between May 2016 and May 2018. Additional notable positions held include Treasurer for JoAnn Yukimura's Many Friends, Campaign Chair for Fil-Am Courier, Contributing Writer for United Public Workers - Local 646, and Business Agent for Boys & Girls Clubs of Hawaii - Lihue Outreach. Michael Miranda earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, graduating in 2005.
