David Boettcher

David Boettcher has an extensive career in business analysis and IT consulting, with a focus on roles in government and technology sectors. Beginning as a Programmer Analyst at Family Hospital of Milwaukee, David progressed to various consulting positions at companies including Megaco, where David served as Assistant VP of Information Systems, and Cap Gemini America, where David held the title of Sr Consultant. David worked at Kenosha County for over 15 years, initially as Sr Systems Analyst & Coordinator and later as Sr Business Analyst after a title change in 2015. David has been retired since December 2016. An education in programming was obtained at Waukesha County Technical College.
