Stephen Park

Stephen Park, MSCE CCM PE, is an accomplished Project Manager II at the County of Los Angeles Department of Public Works since December 2022, previously serving as a Resident Engineer at Ramos CS from September 2019 to October 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing various Metrolink State of Good Repair Projects and acting as Civil Inspector for the Anaheim Canyon Station Improvements Project. Stephen Park has extensive project management experience, including work on the LA County DPW Martin Luther King Medical Campus and a history with Cumming Corporation, OREP, UC Irvine, Randstad Engineering US, Kiewit, USS Cal Builders, and Pankow Builders in various engineering and construction roles. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from California State University, Fullerton, and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
