Barbara Sferra

Barbara Sferra is currently working as a Finance Manager at Manatee County Government, overseeing fiscal management for Department of Housing and Urban Development Grants. Previously, Barbara held positions at City of Alliance as Deputy Director and Community Development Planner, responsible for federally funded programs. Barbara holds a Master of Arts in Geography and Planning from The University of Akron and a Bachelor of Science in Geography from Youngstown State University.
