Theresa Anne Kersey

Theresa Anne Kersey is an experienced Human Resources professional, currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Manatee County Government since February 2010. In this role, Theresa coordinates the talent acquisition program, develops recruiting plans and marketing strategies, and engages in organization-wide projects related to recruitment marketing and social media. Theresa has also held leadership positions such as Administrative Services Manager and Human Resources Services Specialist, where responsibilities included developing job postings, performing employment verifications, and managing website content for the department. Prior to 2010, Theresa worked as an HR/Training Management Specialist, overseeing county-wide training programs, and as Permitting Services Manager at the Manatee County Building Department, managing customer service support operations. Theresa holds an Associate of Arts degree from the State College of Florida-Manatee-Sarasota, earned in 2006.
