Laine Hendricks

Laine Hendricks serves as the Director of Communications for the County of Marin since August 2016, overseeing all communications and public information activities for the County organization, and has recently taken on this new position in 2023. Previously, Laine held various roles in public information and media management, including Public Information Officer for The Salvation Army and U.S.S. San Francisco Memorial Foundation. Laine's background also includes leadership positions with Rotary International, and extensive experience in public relations and communications management across multiple organizations. Education includes a Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication and Journalism from California State University, Fresno, alongside an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Bakersfield College, and a Leadership Certificate from Dominican University of California.
