Ricardo G. H. is an accomplished urban planning professional with extensive experience in equity, community engagement, and capacity building. Currently serving as the Director of the Great Communities Collaborative at the San Francisco Foundation, Ricardo also holds positions as a consultant for urban planning and sea-level rise with the County of Marin, and as a Senior Advisor for Transportation Equity at the Transportation Authority of Marin. Previously, Ricardo directed projects for the African American Latino Action Alliance and provided consulting services for various city planning initiatives in San Rafael and Tiburon. An academic at the University of California, Berkeley, Ricardo holds multiple degrees in City and Regional Planning, International & Area Studies, and Latin American Studies, and has contributed as a Chancellor's Public Scholar and faculty member.
