Marcy Martin

Marcy Martin has over three decades of experience in the real estate appraisal and finance sectors, currently serving as the Director of Finance and County Real Property Tax Administrator for the County of Maui since January 2010. Notable achievements include expertise in mass appraisal, multiple regression valuations, and data sharing innovations. Previous roles include Property Technical Officer at the County of Maui and Real Estate Appraiser at Paradise Appraisals, along with early career positions in residential real estate appraisal and as an escrow assistant. Marcy Martin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from San Diego State University, obtained in 1988.
