Jacob Perry

Jacob Perry has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Jacob started their career as a PC Support Technician at County of Monroe in February 2014. Jacob then moved on to work as an Assistant Network Administrator/Programmer from February 2015 until February 2021, where they managed the County of Monroe network and provided support to local agencies. From February 2021 to March 2023, Jacob held the position of Network and Systems Engineer, focusing on disaster recovery, cybersecurity, virtualization, and networking projects. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Information Technology at County of Monroe, starting in March 2023. Prior to their work at County of Monroe, they had an internship role at Gibraltar School District from September 2008 to June 2009.

Jacob Perry received their Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc in Computer and Information Sciences, with a specialization in Project Management, from Siena Heights University. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's Degree in Applied Sciences in Information Technology from Henry Ford College. In addition to their degrees, Jacob also earned a certification in Server Pro 2016: Install and Storage from TestOut Continuing Education in the year 2020.
