Dan Baker

Dan Baker is an experienced administrative professional currently serving as the Administrative Services Manager in Human Resource Services for the County of Orange since May 2019. Prior to this role, Dan held various positions at the City of Costa Mesa from February 2006 to May 2019, including Assistant to the City Manager and Management Analyst. Dan’s earlier career includes serving as a Housing Technician for the City of Fountain Valley between August 1999 and February 2006. Dan Baker holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Vanguard University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from California State University-Dominguez Hills.
