Daniel Leung

Daniel Leung is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in property acquisition and asset management. Currently serving as a Senior Real Estate Manager for the County of Orange since October 2015, Daniel supervises a team responsible for property acquisitions ranging from $6M to $91M, negotiating essential documents for various County agencies. Prior to this role, Daniel held positions such as Real Estate Administrator and Real Property Agent III within the County, and at John Wayne Airport, contributed to managing rental car leases and other agreements, while also authoring significant executive summaries for contract approvals. Daniel began a career in underwriting and funding at Argent Mortgage Company and holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Real Estate from the University of California, Irvine, along with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of California, Davis.
