Deena Bower

Deena Bower is a seasoned professional in Learning and Organizational Development, currently serving as Sr. Manager at the County of Orange since July 2019, where responsibilities include leading the strategic launch of a Learning Management System for the Social Services Agency and overseeing a team of administrators to enhance operational efficiency for over 4,000 employees. Prior to this, Deena worked as Project Manager at Harmony Title Agency, managing enterprise software implementations and ensuring regulatory compliance, and as Audit Manager for Malcolm Cisneros, where a focus on training program development and compliance initiatives was emphasized.
