Dr. Jamie Crews serves as the Director of Learning & Organizational Development for the County of Orange since November 2004, leading initiatives that enhance workforce engagement and development. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Organizational Development, where the first countywide OD function was established, and Manager of Organizational Effectiveness, overseeing strategic talent management initiatives. Dr. Crews has also held positions focused on learning and performance within various county departments and supports academic growth as a CSUF Faculty member in the Leadership for Public Agencies program and an Adjunct Professor at UMass Global. Educational credentials include a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Brandman University and Master's degrees in Educational Counseling and Sociology.
