James Mai

James Mai is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both non-profit and corporate sectors. As Chairman of Bristol & Bates Children's Foundation, AAPI United, and Chairman and CEO of Bristol & Bates, James has demonstrated a deep commitment to philanthropy, supporting children's welfare and advocating for Asian American and Pacific Islander communities. In addition, James serves as President of the Irvine Community Fund and Commissioner for the City of Irvine and County of Orange, focusing on community development, housing, and recreational services. With a background in business consulting, encompassing roles such as Chief Executive Officer at SynCorp and strategic advisor at various firms, James combines leadership in operational strategy with a passion for community service. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Business/Corporate Communications and a diploma in Computer Science.
