John Nguyen

John Nguyen is a seasoned professional in risk management and human resources with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Risk Manager for the County of Orange since December 2022, John has previously held multiple roles including Director of Human Resources/Risk Management for the City of El Monte from November 2015 to December 2022. John's background also includes serving as a Medical Operations Officer and other leadership roles in the Army National Guard, as well as positions at the California Department of Rehabilitation and the United States Department of the Army. John holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Leadership from the University of South Carolina Aiken and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Arizona State University.
