Nisha Pagán

Nisha Pagán, DPT, MBA, currently serves as the Lead Therapy Case Manager at the County of Orange, specializing in determining medical eligibility and managing authorizations within Medi-Cal and Cal Optima. With extensive experience in pediatric and neurological physical therapy, Nisha founded and directed Whole Hearted Pediatric Physical Therapy from 2012 to 2020, creating a sensory-motor clinic for children. Previous roles include Therapy Case Manager, Durable Medical Equipment Specialist, and Research Assistant. Nisha holds an Executive MBA focused on Health Care & Digital Transformation from the University of California, Irvine, and a Post Professional Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California, along with a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from Upstate Medical University.
