Stephanie Reynolds SHRM-SCP, SPHR has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as Administrative Manager I at the County of Orange since January 2022. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager at Valley Power Systems and EdgeMAC, where the latter company was acquired. Stephanie also held the position of Human Resource Manager at RBC Southwest Products and KYOCERA Precision Tools, Inc., in addition to providing HR consulting services for small to mid-size businesses from 2014 to 2019. Notable experience includes managing HR functions for 23 locations and over 500 employees at Signature Flight Support and contributing to HR operations at Target as Executive Team Leader Team Relations. Stephanie holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from CSU-Long Beach.
