Steven Carrillo

Steven Carrillo currently serves as a Senior Engineering Manager for the County of Orange since October 2023. Prior to this role, Carrillo was the Manager of Engineering and City Engineer for the City of Irvine from December 2019 to October 2023. Carrillo has also held the position of Engineering Manager and Senior Professional Engineer at John Wayne Airport from November 2011 to December 2019, along with a previous role as a Civil Engineer for the County of Orange from December 2006 to November 2011. Educationally, Carrillo holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Stanford University (2005-2006) and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from UC Irvine (2001-2005).
