Sue Stock

Sue Stock, PMP, is an accomplished IT Manager II in Program Management at the County of Orange since January 2018. Previously, Sue served as a Senior Engineering Program Manager at Omnitracs, LLC, a former division of Qualcomm, from November 2013 to January 2018, and held the position of Senior IT Systems Analyst/IT Project Management at Qualcomm from December 2004 to November 2013, where Sue contributed to various enterprise projects. Earlier roles include Revenue Assurance Project Manager at Feature Group Z, Business Development Manager at OrderFusion, and Computer Systems Officer at the International Monetary Fund. Sue holds a Master's degree in Computer Information Systems from George Mason University, a Stanford Certified Project Manager credential from Stanford University, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
